The People Behind the Journeys

Shaped by Presence

Every journey we curate is born from personal closeness: winemakers, producers, and places we know firsthand and visit regularly. Not planned from a distance, but shaped by experience on the ground, grown over time and carried by real relationships.

This is how journeys emerge that aren't designed to show as much as possible, but to experience what matters. With space for conversation, context, and depth.

The Name

Seeing Beyond the Obvious

Para: beyond the familiar. Vis, from the Latin videre: to see.

Paravis means seeing a country past its surface. Not the standard route, but the perspectives that only open up when someone who belongs takes you along.

Who We Are

Between Vienna and Tbilisi

Paravis is run by two people at the two ends of the same road: one in Vienna, where every journey is designed, and one in Georgia, where every journey comes to life.

Founder · Vienna

Tornike

Raised between Austria and Georgia, with both cultures as a real home rather than a line of heritage. Trained in tourism in Vienna, certified as a sommelier, and drawn back to Georgia year after year: to the mountains, the vineyards, the long tables. Every Paravis journey is shaped personally, from the first conversation to the day you land.

Co-Founder · Georgia

Luka

Born and raised in Guria, the green hill country Georgians call their wild west: home of legendary horsemen, famous for its quick wit. Luka leads everything on the ground: routes, drivers, winemakers, mountain guides. He knows Georgia's history like few others, from the old kingdoms to the walls of hilltop monasteries, and he is the reason doors open that stay closed to most visitors.

Our Footage

Every Image Is Our Own

Every photo and every second of film across Paravis was captured on our own journeys through Georgia. No stock libraries, no borrowed material. If you see it here, we were standing there.
