We climb first. Then we take you.

In July 2026 we stood on the summit of Kazbek at 5,047 m: nine of us, seven on their first big mountain. That is how every Paravis expedition starts. We go first, with licensed local guides, and only then does a route earn its place here.

You tell us how far you want to go. We handle the rest: guides, equipment, horses for the gear, a 4x4 to the trailhead and a warm bed at the end. The mountain sets the pace.

The Summit

Kazbek Summit · 5,047 m

A guided ascent of Georgia's great peak: acclimatization hikes, glacier travel, and a summit push at dawn. Led by mountain guides we have climbed with ourselves.

Our own climb, July 2026: acclimatize at 3,000 m, sleep at 3,700 m, day-hike to the Bethlemi chapel at 4,000 m, then a 2 a.m. start for the top.

At a quiet pace

On Horseback Through the Caucasus

Multi-day rides over high passes and shepherd trails, village to village. Days at a horse's pace, nights in guesthouses and mountain camps.

Rafting, quads and mountain roads

The same landscape works at full throttle: rafting on mountain rivers, quad tours over gravel roads, one loud day between the quiet ones.
